I am currently working as a Head Nurse in the Adult Intensive Care unit at King Saud University Medical City (KSUMC) in KSA . KSUMC is an educational medical city accredited by Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) and Accreditation Canada with a 943 bed-capacity tertiary teaching hospital in Riyadh.
Throughout my experience I was leading the CBAHI and JCI accreditation preparation for my hospitals in nursing related chapters as well as other chapters and one of my core responsibilities:

➢ to develop the required policies and procedures that match the accreditation standards.
➢ Create a staff orientation programs that ensure staff awareness.
➢ Develop a compliance monitoring policy that ensure sustainability.

Am leading the overall Hospital Acquired Pressure injury (HAPI) prevention and management at King Saud University Hospital, am participating in all HAPI prevention and management strategies including development of policies and guidelines , staff training and education , root causes and materials evaluation and approval.

Am having a bachelor degree in nursing and master degree in health services management I have more than 15 years’ experience in critical care settings and Through my work experience and under KSUMC umbrella; I led and participated in many projects at Level of medical city ; these projects related to developing standards, manitain patient safety and cost reduction as well, more details are described in my CV.Through out my experience I was leading the CBAHI and JCI accreditation prepration for my hospitals in nursing related chapters as well as other chapters
